Terms and conditions of purchase
The procedure and terms and conditions of purchase for the murapehnec.com webshop are defined through the following parameters: order, delivery, payment and return policy. The webshop of IPOKIT d.o.o. allows you to purchase items from the entire range offered by the company. Every person that orders at least one item via the webshop is considered a customer.
Items are ordered electronically. By clicking the button ˝Add to cart˝, the selected item is added to the cart. An item is considered to have been ordered at the moment the customer completes the entire ordering process. You will receive an e-mail to confirm your order at the e-mail address that you used to register as a customer.
If you do not receive this e-mail, please check whether the items are still in your cart. If they are not, please contact us at email@example.com.
IPOKIT d.o.o., as the owner of the web page www.murapehnec.com, undertakes to ship all the ordered items. If murapehnec.com is not able to ship any of the ordered items, we will contact you via e-mail to offer a replacement item or cancel the order of this item. All of the other items you have ordered will be shipped.
Select the card with which you wish to pay and enter its number, expiry date and control number. The control number is the three or four-digit number printed on your card to serve as evidence of your physical possession of the card at the moment of purchase and to reduce the possibility of fraud.

The ordered items will be packaged in a manner to prevent damage during shipping and handling. When receiving the ordered items, the customer is obliged to check them for any possible damage or deviations from the number of items ordered and to immediately report this to the delivery worker and refuse to receive the delivered items. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the correctness of the order, as later claims will not be accepted. Items are delivered within 1-3 business days upon the completion of the order. The aforementioned delivery times apply to all locations in the Republic of Croatia. Shipping is not included in the price of the item.
At checkout, you will see a guaranteed order total, including all shipping costs.
If you are unsatisfied with the item you have received, if you have any questions or if you would like to replace the item with the same model, please contact us via e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days and we will do our best to accommodate your request, except if the item has already been worn or is damaged (if this damage was not caused by an error on our part or on the part of the delivery service). It is considered that you have fulfilled your obligation on time if you send or deliver the goods to us, or to the person we authorized to receive goods, before the expiry of the above deadline. Refunds can only be made after the goods are returned to us or after you provide proof that you have returned the goods. The return of goods is done at the address S.S. Kranjčevića 4, 42 000 Varaždin, Croatia. You pay for the refund of the item yourself.

Currency conversion statement
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of your local currency into Croatian Kuna (HRK) according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.
